origins_focus fields — computed from verified roaster sites, not
from global trade share. Cup descriptions below are common specialty-coffee associations
(the sort of language you see in SCA-style primers and importer catalogs). They are not lab
results from this site, and individual lots vary. Generic tags like "blends" are omitted here.
