Coffee origins guide

This guide is anchored to origins that appear in our directory's origins_focus fields — computed from verified roaster sites, not from global trade share. Cup descriptions below are common specialty-coffee associations (the sort of language you see in SCA-style primers and importer catalogs). They are not lab results from this site, and individual lots vary. Generic tags like "blends" are omitted here.

Common specialty-coffee cup associations for major origins. These summarize descriptors widely repeated in specialty coffee education (SCA-style origin primers and importer catalogs), not sensory results measured by this directory. Individual lots vary; we do not claim every bag tastes this way.
